Vocational Training Classes
The aim and goal of Heritage Academy's "Hand" division of our Educational Program is to teach students not just "how to" do various skills, but how to:

Students are exposed to all of these areas and gain basic training in all of their grade and high school years. As students show interest in one or more particular areas, we try to give them more opportunities for advanced learning.

Package, promote, and market products of all kinds
Design, process, build, and manufacture
Operate efficiently and orderly
Determine the true costs and expenses, and whether a true profit was made
Develop entrepreneurship

The Domestic Arts and Industrial Arts Classes is not employment, or a "job". It is multi-faceted training that is an integral part of the students education experience at Heritage Academy.

The Industrial Arts Learning includes but is not limited to:

Building Trades- we usually have a new home building project in which all students help in at least some area.

Extra-Curricular
*All vocational studies are currently being done Monday through Thursday on campus.
​*Home school students are welcome to participate in the Domestic Arts and Industrial Arts Classes upon school approval.
